It sounds like last Winter!

Yes, those of us from around the river on west would have been really frustrated yesterday if this was a Winter coastal storm! Some of us would have had a car topper while others not too far away would have been buried in heavy snow!

Yes, that was interesting here as well yesterday along the river in Marysville. We had some light to moderate showers that did not add up too much. You could see some blue sky to the west while the clouds were rotating.

30 or 40 inches of snow next season would be great to go along with some cold temps too! Heck, after the total failure of last year, 20 inches of snow next season might even seem awesome!

@sauss06 My family went to Dairy Queen in Summerdale last night around sunset. We were treated to a local fireworks show that appeared to be launched from several yards in the area! I was wondering if you were one of those putting on a fireworks show from your yard?

Lol! I only think that they measure snow wrong when MDT records less snow than my yard!

Yes, same here. The precip in west central PA fizzled out last evening before reaching even the western LSV. It sounds like we have another chance of a shower or storm by early this afternoon.

A heavy shower rolled through here in the last couple of hours. Yet another day with no watering needed for the plants or garden this week!

Yes! Only 68 days until September!

Maybe next season we will get a top 10 good snow season to make up for this year!

Franklin & Adams really must have missed out on the rain that most of us had over the last couple of months.

Also, the weather has been absolutely fantastic the last few days. This is about as good as it gets for mid June weather.

I have traveled through 6 different counties in the lower Susquehanna & Juniata Valleys over the last few days. Every county has looked very green. I see no signs of drought anywhere. I just cut the grass on Sunday & now it might need mowed again by tomorrow. Also, the weeds are never ending. There is no drought in my yard.

The dew points are now in the low to mid 50’s in the LSV and down to the 40’s in northern PA. Sunday should be a beautiful day with temps in the 70’s and No humidity. I will consider that a nice win in June!

I finally caved today and turned on my AC for the first time. Thankfully it sounds like we will get some nice cooler days coming up.

I would be very happy to keep away the 80’s and 90’s as long as possible! The humidity yesterday was a reminder of how much I strongly dislike summer weather. Also, the bugs are absolutely terrible! The weather today felt like an early Fall day...how long is it until Autumn begins?

Yes, it was quite interesting to watch the radar & then see clouds and showers move in from that direction.

I agree, I would take this weather today all summer. It’s hard to believe that 1 week ago many of us had snow showers.

At least we should have a shorter offseason than usual after many of us got some May snow!
