  1. Great points! Hopefully the peak of next week’s event begins in the evening & lasts through the overnight into the following am. Oh yes, with moderate to heavy rates of snow for roughly 18 hours… The ITT storm might be slightly delayed, but not denied!
  2. Hopefully Spring is canceled 6z GFS style next week with a good coastal snowstorm!
  3. The 6z GFS gets it done for us next week & is actually the middle ground versus the Canadian & Euro at this time.
  4. The 0z Euro & Canadian both still have a storm mid next week. The Euro has an inland runner & the Canadian has an offshore track that misses to the south this run.
  5. I had a light partial car topper overnight in Marysville. The grill cover got a minor dusting as well. #winning?
  6. I fully expect to be purchasing new trash cans later this week after this wind!
  7. Might as well play until the the 27th out is made or the final buzzer sounds. We might have 1 more chance….
  8. Here is the full view of the GFS for this next week chance. The High is in a great spot as the low tracks just right up & off the Mid Atlantic coast.
  9. The MJO moving from 8 to 1 & heading towards phase 2 later in March should help the cause for our last second snow Hail Mary chance.
  10. All of the models are now basically showing an uncomplicated Miller A coming up out of the Gulf next week. As others on here have said, we don’t do complicated well around here. Hopefully a good track straight up Miller A can bring us some snow with air just cold enough to get it done for us at last.
  11. Happy Hour GFS is saving the day with another chance next Wednesday.
  12. 18z NAM still has some light snow by early tomorrow for most of the LSV.
  13. The 12z GFS still likes the idea of 1 to 2 inches of snow for parts of the LSV & the rest of the Susquehanna Valley.
  14. Fake news? Here is the current CTP point & click precisely for Harrisburg… Monday Snow likely before 7am, then rain. High near 43. Southeast wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
  15. 6z GFS & NAM both still like the idea of 1 to 2 inches of snow by tomorrow in parts of the LSV.
  16. The 18z GFS still insists on 1 to 2 inches of snow for the LSV by Monday am, with a little more just to the north.
  17. Yes, I’d be good with a couple of inches of snow at this point.
  18. There is snow cover this morning on the top half of the ridges on both sides of Marysville. It’s nice to see a rare Wintry scene from my yard for a change.
