  1. The current radar has a Palmyra death band setting up now. @paweather would be stealing the snow from @Itstrainingtime if this was January!
  2. I snuck in a mow last evening before the rain moved in. More mowing on the way this week!
  3. That’s Great! @paweather should have gone there for his birthday for September snow!
  4. Lol, I dropped the ball & missed it! Where did it snow down there? I just tried to look look it up, but had no luck.
  5. Happy Birthday! My wish for you is to jackpot in at least 1 snow event this year!

  7. Here are CTP’s current thoughts for next weekend. Towards next weekend, things become much more uncertain, with the ultimate track of Ian yet to be determined. At this early juncture, it looks like the soonest we could see any rainfall (tied to the northern edge of Ian`s rainfall shield) would be later Friday night or Saturday, but that rain could be even more delayed or even stay south of PA.
  8. Great call by you earlier today! The early rain ended in time to dry out the field, so they played the softball game. The thunderstorm that just rolled through packed a little punch with some brief heavy rain & lightning.
  9. Another line of showers & storms are about to reach the LSV soon.
  10. it looks like a heavy line of showers is moving into the lower LSV for the parched yards down there.
  11. I had some light rain for the last hour that produced a Trace of rain. It looks like a heavier line of showers is forming in the western LSV now.
  12. How are the rain shower chances looking for later this afternoon on the HRRR ? My daughter has a Fall softball game at 5 pm today, so it will be interesting to see how the weather cooperates.
  13. Good chance of showers tomorrow per CTP. This could help some of the yards out there that are struggling. Sunday A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. High near 74. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Sunday Night Showers and thunderstorms likely before 8pm, then a slight chance of showers between 8pm and 2am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 56. Southwest wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
  14. It’s great to see Fall weather arrive right on time this year. This temps this upcoming week look fabulous!
  15. @paweather Nice Phillies win last night. Great to see Nola & Hoskins step up in September.
  16. Yes, but MDT is only .25 below normal for this month to date. MDT is only 1.80 below normal for the entire year to date. These are departures that can be quickly overcome with one good period of rain. Lol, no epic drought (I’m being sarcastic again)!
  17. @MAG5035 How are you doing? Any early thoughts on the upcoming Winter?
  18. CTP has my forecast low at 45 tonight. We appear to be on track to get there!
  19. I was thinking of you when I watched the news this morning with the Hurricane Fiona impacting Bermuda. I’m happy that your trip was a few weeks ago & not now!
  20. Beautiful Early Fall day & evening. 57 in Marysville at around 7:30pm
