    Heh, I’ve been in that situation more than a few times when in the winter the heavy snow is just east, or south etc etc…we all know the disappointment to well.

    It was brutally(record breaking) dry two years ago here…this year not even close to that. Showers have hit here regularly(gotten fortunate), not alot of precip, but enough to do the job. This is gonna bust any deficit here I believe.

    Ya there are some hefty cells out your way now. Humid and tropical here, with some patchy sunshine…79 degrees and sticky as hell.

    Oh For sure. I’m Looking forward to it. Actually was just out running an errand, and was thinking about just that. Will be nice to get together again, and throw back some suds, and see everybody again. I really enjoyed it last November…Great time.

    Thanks my man…feels good to be back and talking and tracking some weather too. Yes, that was an exciting event for sure. Some of These numbers being forecasted for the area are reminiscent of that event almost exactly year ago.

    Lol…I wonder how it will compare to almost exactly a year ago(a year and 3 days to be exact) when we got deluged the night of last September 1st into the 2nd.

    Well, that GFS run jacks my area….too bad this wasn’t mid December with temps around 30. But we can use some good rain, and it looks like it’s coming.

    Ya that is cool. It’s 73 here and warm/muggy, that’s a big difference.

    Hey boys! First time checking in since late March. I read the last page and it looks like you’ve all got it covered pretty well. We’ll see what the GFS shows soon. Nice to see all/read all of the regulars take on our first big event in months.

    …it waited until the last few hrs, but it’s roaring out there, with a line of heavy showers about to come through. The out like a butterfly didn’t pan out.

    Everybody’s temps for their home is super subjective. If I’m relaxing in the house 68-69 is comfortable for me. Anything colder than that, and it’s a lil chilly for my liking if I’m just lounging around. Night time 65-67 range is perfect for me.
