Boxing Day was a bust and gone out to sea until 1.5-2.0 days before, when the GFS brought it back out of the blue. And then it dry slotted alot of us, and absolutely Crushed NYC and Jersey. Then it melted completely 4 days later on a Rainey warm NYE. Not the best start that year either.

I’ll take the under at this point. If on Thursday night it’s still looking impressive…might take it a bit more seriously. Winds almost always way under perform. Maybe this will be the one of the few times it doesn’t? But as of now, I’m not buying in.

Lol….well we’ve had zero production from the good 11-15 day looks, it really can’t get any worse with the bad looks. So maybe the irony will keep working, and the Reverse will happen again, and we catch a break and the bad look actually spawns/produces something?

Well when the 11-15 looked about as good as it could…it either never materialized, or when it did, nothing has happened. So maybe we take our chances with the 11-15 looking bad, and maybe it’ll change for the Better, or we catch a good break and a storm actually hits us with snow in a bad pattern…cuz they didn’t hit us in a good one.

All a bunch of crap! When we’re all dead and gone and our kids too…it’ll still be snowing and doing everything it’s doing now, and has been doing. Folks worry about the dumbest shit.

Winds gusting 60-80 mph on the east coast…that’s laughable. 40-50 maybe.

As long as Northern Maine can escape with little rain damage this weekend…I’ll be happy. Hoping to head up Monday morning the 26th. They got a lot of snow the last couple days…so they’re in a decent position currently. Hate to see em get wiped out…that would be very upsetting.

Yes sir…but is it that significant at such a long lead as this? If this were Tuesday or Wednesday I could see the concern much more. 66% positive at a weeks lead is a pretty good look, no?

Ya bud…I’m out on this threat. We got METS saying it probably ain’t coming back(Snowgoose). Feels good to let it go. GFS should cave at 18z and that’ll be all she wrote. If it comes back as a shell(FROPA) of what was shown yesterday, and we can grab a lil something, cool.

Like I said, it’s almost a relief it’s over. Wholesale changes at H5…and in one day. Oh well. Time for a few beers now, and forget about this BS. Time for a break for a few days. There will be another shot at a storm at some point... I hope. T. Blizz wins this one.
