I'm starting to get that itch to start working on my yard and plant things. Then I checked last year records to see the last frost and realized we were at 35F in late June. That's 3 months away. Just shoot me... Sap is going strong though so at least there's that. 0.8" of cement last night; made it easier to carry the sap sled

Just went out to add some wood to the maple boiler, and it's pretty impressive that everything is already freezing back up, considering it was 60 degrees just a couple of hours ago. A 30 degree drop in about 3 hours.

Been there for the food festival. Essentially you skate your way from food truck to food truck. A great little event!

I think that's main issue. Average snow with lots of rain storms mixed in doesn't really make for a great winter. Took this long to have the resort 100% open, the glades really struggled. They are finally in good conditions

Indeed! My 5 year old did break his femur doing it though... But it's a risk one has to take. Speaking of which, the skiing was sweet today
