accumulations between 6 and 12 inches and ice accumulations up to
two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, west central, and
western Maine. Portions of northern New Hampshire.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 3 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Significant snowfall and periods of heavy snowfall rates
