From Memorial Day to Labor day we usually get a little more than 9.5" of rain in Boston. So far this summer we've already had 10". If it doesn't rain again this summer it will still be a wetter than normal. #wcvb

Stein: Right now Saturday looks to be partly sunny with a few scattered showers, perhaps centered earlier in the day, and temperatures in the upper 70s. My pick of the weekend is Sunday. That day looks partly to mostly sunny with highs up near 80. There is not any major heat in sight for now.

From Stein himself : n Boston, the first week of July has been the wettest in over 100 years. When you look at the numbers, this year and 1915 are the only ones that are close. Everything else has seen much less rain to this point in the month.
