Several strikes basically right on top of my house. That storm was impressive from a T&L standpoint. That storm down by Clarksville looks very impressive as well.
Today's postponements were absurd but I am just baffled every summer when baseball games are played literally as the sky is lighting up with lightening. I don't get it.
This is all true, but I would not kick the 2015-2016 winter out of bed at this point. Given what has been happening, I'd sign up for that winter in a heartbeat next year.
Nah, I finally checked out a few days ago, and even then, I felt dumb for trying to convince myself that this time was different and we had a legit chance.
The Euro definitely does this a lot. NYC has to hate the Euro. I feel like it has shown a bunch of systems like this before to be big hits and then pulls the rug out right before the event.
Might have been a mix of wet flakes and rain but it wasn't heavy enough or obvious enough to say for sure. I was really surprised to get under a couple of those yellow bands on radar this morning and all I really saw was very light rain/snow/drizzle. I figured I'd get some kind of heavyish mix or a burst of snow. Odd, but fitting.
If they got that, It would literally be the worst possible ending to this wretched season/stretch of bad winters. Although I guess it would be wishful thinking that it's the ending to our stretch of bad winters. Seems like this is never gonna flip.
Realllyyy wish we could find a way to get that Monday/Tuesday deal cranking sooner. The low develops pretty far south down the coast but it just takes forever to really bomb out. Just too far north by the time it goes crazy.
