  1. A good 3 days. Friday was the day that I got heavy rain up here. Nice that most areas got hit over the 3 day period.
  2. Looks similar to what happened yesterday with heavy rain for you but only moderate rain up by me and Stormlover. A nice steady moderate rain here though. I might get a half inch from this round. The models aren't showing much activity for later in the afternoon, so it'll be interesting to see if we can get anything else to fire up after this round moves through.
  3. That's ok if that ends up being the case. We didn't get much yesterday either (missed us just to the south as Allsnow got hit), but we got lucky with that nice storm on friday. I got 1.36" from that one. I do think we're gonna get a decent amount from the batch moving in right now. It's raining moderately here now and we certainly could get a half to three quarters of an inch from this batch.
  4. Yeah we missed out on the heavy rain from the early morning round, but we're about to get a decent soaking.
  5. The heavy rain to the southwest seems to be fizzling as it tries to move northeast. I think we're probably done here now, but can't say that for sure yet.
  6. I got 0.26" from being on the edge of that cell. Still some heavy stuff in Mercer County. Will have to see if any of that can make it up here.
  7. Latest run of HRRR says it's gonna completely fall apart before NYC, but then again this HRRR run didn't get the heavy rain amounts far enough east into Middlesex County. It'll be interesting to see if it makes it to NYC.
  8. Moderate rain here right now. The Heavy stuff missing just to the south.
  9. Yeah it should be cleared out by then. I don't care if I don't start our cookout until 7. It can be a late night.
  10. Yeah I was just thinking the same thing. Looks as if Allsnow is about to get hit, but we might be more on the edge of it up here.
  11. Yeah you never know with summer convection.
  12. For days the Euro model kept insisting today would be dry, but obviously it was wrong. The RGEM did a good job the last few days showing a little more activity for today.
  13. Yeah the models have a nice airmass coming in next weekend. Could be a few days of lower humidity.
  14. Just had some sprinkles here. I see a few more cells popping to our southwest, so we could see something over the next hour or so. I want to get a cookout going but I'll wait a little while for this threat to pass. Big day tomorrow like you said. I think it could be the biggest widespread heavy rain event so far this season.
  15. That cell is missing me to the south, but it looks close for you.
  16. I ended up getting 1.36" from this storm. Very happy to get lucky today.
  17. Yeah it did strengthen back up. Nice heavy downpour still going on here. Might get an inch of rain out of this.
  18. Yep I thought it was gonna be heavier than this based on the way radar looked. Low end heavy rain here with a few rumbles. At least it's enough to give things a decent watering.
  19. Nothing to write home about, but a decent downpour going on here right now. Nice that we're getting lucky with a cell on an afternoon in which there is very little activity.
  20. Yep, just mentioned that to Allsnow. Looking good.
  21. Thanks. I think it's looking good as the cell has been building south a little. It should be pouring here soon.
  22. Decent downpour in Somerset County right now. Looks like a close call for me. I don't know if it's gonna hit me or miss me just to the north. I might just get brushed.
  23. I think the activity tomorrow will be very isolated, and monday looks dry. Sunday is the day I think we'll see more widespread activity. Hopefully a lot of the area will get hit that day.
  24. Yep. It's going to be isolated, but let's hope we get lucky here.
  25. I hope we can get something later since this morning didn't produce much for our area, but yeah it looks very isolated for the afternoon. I do think we have a better chance on sunday.
