  1. Then it's probably still right. We do horrible with snow in this area.
  2. Woohoo! Got an advisory! Yay flood watch lmao. I won't be laughing at the NAM anymore.
  3. I said the same thing. NAM has the right idea soon as it was in range. Everyone laughed but I didn't. NAM is better then the EURO has been. Or how about the joke Canadian model lol.
  4. The history books don't lie. Climo never liked this storm in my area. Just another 2" flooding rain here.
  5. Everyone bust on the NAM. After looking over the past 12 hours of runs it seems to me it had the right idea all along. It was the most west of the models. Seems like everything trended to the NAM. The NAM is mean because it called it right lol
  6. That's how i feel. This is just like the past 6 months. Flooding rain every 3 days. Just colder flooding rain now.
  7. I lucked out and it dropped 7" on the 14" I got before dry slotting also. It was a nail biter while in the dry slot. Then it finally moved in around 2ish. It dumped hard late that afternoon.
  8. Has anyone heard from him? Where the hell is he. He's always been my favorite winter guy in here.
  9. I'm 20 east of the fall line and I'm expecting just another flooding rain storm.
  10. Wait? I'm not getting 5 inches of mash potatoes followed by a foot of powder on Wednesday? Say it so lol.
  11. Where's my snow Justin Berk promised? Oh wait.. it's Justin Berk. Partly cloudy and cold
  12. No blizzard after blizzard in this area in December? Say it ain't so lol
  13. Yup. Another warm humid tropical rain. Pouring here in the jungle as usual.
  14. What in the actual f**k is that ^ lol. Wait.. what lol
  15. 35 degrees here in the tropical rainforest. At this rate I might not see a freeze this winter lol
  16. 43 wtf lol. I don't think I've hit 38 yet this flaming turd season so far.
  17. Looks like about 4" here so far with more on the way. Rivers, creeks and low spots are flooded this morning. Should be in interesting day if I can get more heavy rain.
  18. I've been in the rain jackpot for 6 months lol. I remember riding the bus to school that morning and it was cold and raining lightly. About half way to school I remember big snowflakes starting to mix in and come down heavier. By the time we got off the bus about 15 minutes later it was all snow and already starting to stick on grass and cars. That was probably about 8am. By 11 roads had caved and it was coming down probably 2+ inches per hour. I remember eating lunch in the cafeteria and hearing loud thunder and seeing flashes of lightning like a summer storm. I'd estimate it was snowing 3+ inches per hour at that point. That went on most of the afternoon. It finally ended around dark but by then we were stuck in school. Some kids had to stay all night. I remember measuring 16" when I got home that night. It fell in about 7 hours from i remember. We probably got a foot between 11am and 3pm along with intense lightning. It was an amazing storm. I've been a fan of weather since I've been able to look out a window.
  19. I'm 42 and that was probably my favorite storm so far. So much bright flashes of lightning and loud claps of thunder for hours alone with huge dumping snowflakes. I was in 3rd grade and remember it like yesterday. Got stuck in school until 10pm.
  20. The good news is we all know it's corrupt. Now how do we fix it.
  21. Oh joy. Some mud and humidity to add to the heat. I can't stand humidity this time of year. Everything stays damp all day.
  22. Pretty lame cold shot. Never fell below 40. Woke up this morning expecting temps in the 30's and found it closer to 50 lol. Ahhh.. La nino when cold never materializes.
