    I'm over on the Ridge just east of there. My rain bucket got clogged but I'd estimate we got between 4-5" here. Dumping steady all night like a tropical system.

    I hope to see this during Jan with some cold air in Carroll County. Looks like terrain enhances the totals.

    I'm watching that too. I'm over here in Carroll County. Looks promising at the moment according to radar. We could use the rain here on the ridge.

    I don't know how many times I watched the winter forecast be great for winter weather and we got nothing. Seasonal forecast aren't any better then the farmers almanac.

    Great weather weekend. Spent the weekend outside with the kids "camping" in the yard. Absolutely perfect weather. I really like Carroll County. It's quiet and rain changes to snow when forecasted lol

    65 degrees here. I'm listening to the crickets with the windows open and I'm almost chilly. Beautiful

    It's been a nice summer as far as temps go. The "heat wave" last week was typical summer weather. I work outside and haven't really been impacted much by heat this summer. Lots of mostly cloudy days with temps in the 80's. Those are easy days. Lots of easy days this season.

    Wearing a long sleeve shirt while sitting on my deck watching the steady light to now moderate rain. 66 degrees

    Headed to the zoo with a 6 and 9yo. That's not terrible news lol. Hopefully this evening some rain comes through.

    I grew up at Crofton Country Club. My sister and I were on the swim team for years. I remember very well being in the heat all day Saturdays waiting for my heat. Congrats on divisionals. I went to Podonia for 100 free style and I think 50 breast stroke. Our relay team got like 8th once too. I'm 43 and still love the water.

    Must be high elevation. The temps at the airport seems to be near 60 with rain most of the forecast period.

    Fun storm just blasted through here. Nice gust and some bombing thunder.

    No mention of the flood watch for the DC metro area? HRRR looks interesting for DC later. NAM3K is more interesting for just about everyone. We could still use some rain here in Southern Carroll County.

    Nice loud storm passed mostly south of my area along 70. Lots of rumbling and some beneficial rain.

    Great couple weather days here in OC. We had some beautiful storms the past couple evenings. Windy but beautiful today.

    Heavy rain showers here in OC this morning. Some rain for my gardens in Carroll County would of been nice.

    I was sick for two weeks with a dry cough and sinus congestion, no fever. I lost my smell and taste about two days into it. I'm still coughing some and nose is clear. My smell is coming back very slowly. Weirdest virual infection I've had. I never felt that bad but felt weird like a hangover. I test negative the entire time. I got it from my girlfriends kids. They had the exact symptoms and negative test. I think it's a new strain.

    We had a bit here on the ridge this morning lol. Moving to Carroll County was the best move ever. Got down to 50 on my deck.

    Severe in Mid Atlantic meaning to me: Today there's a chance I won't have to water my garden. Severe around here is like last night. Some random cell produces a micro burst. Organized widespread Severe has happened like twice in my 43 years of life here.

    I looked outside and saw the clouds and fog and thought it must be a severe day lol. 67 with low clouds and fog.
