  1. I'm watching it developing from Crownsville MD. It made for a beautiful, classic summer sunset. Now it looks like a incoming weather system. Let's hope for some strobe light skies tonight.
  2. I'm standing on Bacon Ridge in Crownsville. I'm looking west and have been watching a lot of new towers going up. It's beautiful with the sun setting. It's extremely dry, humid, and hot. It's still probably 93.
  3. Models don't even show anything besides a few pop up showers that are very isolated. Seems odd to have a watch. 102 yay
  4. Why lol. Clouds can't even sustain themselves. Who's at the NWS these days. I've never seen so many stupid watches lol 101 with dropping DP.
  5. Getting some clouds here thankfully. It's probably a sea breeze off the bay. I'm ok with not getting much hotter. I don't need my cannabis plants getting fried any more than they already are.
  6. Just drove past BWI. My truck has been reading 102 even now on shady back roads. It's ripping heat out there.
  7. I use to work for fedex when they delivered Amazon stuff. The few days after prime day definitely sucked lol
  8. It's actually thundering in my yard. First time in forever. The thunder is increasing and it seems lined up to hit me. At least I've got something interesting. Edit: Swing! And miss lol
  9. Best looking radar in weeks lol. 101
  10. Looks like some storms firing out near the Blue Ridge. They almost look like they are actually moving east. I'm sure they'll evaporate shortly. 100 yay Boring lol
  11. It's another 100 degree day. I can't remember such a long stretch of no weather. I'd be astatic to see a garden verity thunderstorm. Watching to see if it's 90 by 10 am and 100 by 3 pm doesn't do much for me lol
  12. Why was their a flood watch for AA County lol. We got 0.00 rain.
  13. The South River is a tributary the the Chesapeake. I live right near it. The watershed at its headwaters is completely dry. Non of the creeks are running. I've never seen that before. I've lived in the area my entire 46 years of life. I'd say it's a drought. Even native plants are dying.
  14. And poof.. F-it. Looks like and swing and miss again. Congrats Richmond
  15. I'm walking in the woods and typing. Shit goes sideways sometimes lol. It's raining.
  16. Looks like the front is laying across the 95 coriander. You can see rain developing in AA and PG Countries. Looks like some convergence and lift starting to happen.
  17. Flood watch? It sure looks like the rain is drying up on radar. Maybe the sun coming out will help.
  18. Seems like it's turning out to be another hot sunny day. Bone dry with full sun just west of Annopoils. I'm out hiking. I thought it was going to be a nice rainy hike. It's dusty and nasty lol
  19. Most models nailed it a few days ago. Rain around the tidewater that fades as it moves north. It seems to be a very small area that benefits. Back to the oven tomorrow.
  20. You're not missing much. I'm just west of Annopoils and can't buy a shower. Anything that gets near here just vanishes. It's clear where the rain will be. Looks like a small strip on the eastern shore. It has gotten more humid in the past hour.
  21. Reminds me of winter. Dry air to the north killing precip as it moves north. Just watered the garden. We all know the drill. Crazy how drought drives more drought.
  22. Rain isn't moving north and is dieing out. Here comes the sun now. Congrats southern MD.
  23. The drought out there is getting serious. Hopefully they can score soon. Heavy rain seems to fade as it comes north out of southern MD. Still nothing here in AA County. Fingers crossed it actually rains. Edit: it's actually raining. A beautiful, steady, moderate rain. I'm going to go for a 7 mile hike today. No rain gear. Just going to enjoy the warm tropical rain.
  24. Radar looks lovely for the DC area and east. Swamp me!
  25. I've been watching every model run since Monday lol. Now I'm having radar hallucinations. Looks like a tropical system offshore when you look at the Cape Hatteras radar. Nice moisture feed.
