That is my hesitation with that solution, though....I get what you are saying, technically speaking, but I am not fond of relaying on dynamics to snow that may or may not be an artifact of the CMC. Like Luke said....ways out.

Yea, looks on the right track....though Dec 2020 was def not as snowy as Dec 2007 across most of CNE and NNE.

I'll take my chances with marginal cold in mid January, over arctic cold pinning low level fronto at the coast. I know the cold enhances mid level fronto, as well, but odds are most are missing the mid level goodies, anyway.
