  1. Yeah I am seeing that too. We may be cooked here.
  2. The main issue I am seeing right now is fairly extensive cloud cover coming out of VA. I am not sure how much we will destabilize given that factor. Shear will not be the problem here. The clouds will be. That has me concerned.
  3. NWS Raleigh mentions the possibility of it being a reduced threat to the west. I plan on chasing today if necessary from Raleigh northeastward.
  4. That storm had some intense ground strikes. It woke me up for sure. I did not pop up the drone as it was already pouring too much.
  5. Another downpour this morning. We are really eating into that drought now. Thanks El Nino!
  6. Could generate some waterspouts.
  7. Falls Lake is recovering nicely and has risen 2 feet since the low point.
  8. Oh I bet! That spot is always horrible. Here is the roll cloud I caught: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1CwggxCZbM/ - Video
  9. Caught a nice roll cloud before the bottom dropped out here.
  10. Not enough shear so if it isn't on top of you it won't make it.
  11. The atmosphere is primed. Just need more shear. There is enough for organization northeast of the Triangle:
