For those who like to review, as I; 12th starter thread was too warm (ice-rain) but had the option that occurred for the 18th-19th, and finally gravitated to the more wintry solution on the 15th.  By the way, I am hearing now of roof leaks due to gutter jams in ne PA.  Here's the event data for the 18th-19th.
