  1. Too tired to grab the maps, but GEFS with a mild shift north. Makes sense that it follows the OP.
  2. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be looking but I love how we toss the GFS at 80 hours yet are glued to it for a storm at 200hrs
  3. It’s a beaut. Not a threat of mixing in sight
  4. CMC is slower but still looks like a good thump incoming at 7am Monday. Deeper cad - looks better
  5. @brooklynwx99 you don’t need to do this to us!
  6. 99% over here - trying to cut out tomorrow’s “event”… this timeframe cuts a little snow off the southern end
  7. I’m starting to think we don’t want this. Seems to result in a slower storm and a stauncher warm nose. I could also very well be connecting the dots on something that isn’t a connect the dots puzzle. makes it more miller B coastal transfer screwjob
  8. can see it both ways. Shows a sharp southern cutoff. Also shows an absolutely juiced WAA thump. Choose your own adventure
  9. I very rarely regret not getting my met degree, but it would be nice to just pop in this forum and lay down the hammer.
  10. Weren't you saying my snow squalls tomorrow were the best storm we'd see all week not 3 hours ago?
  11. We’re the worst here lol. 98% of people would beg to go to Aruba during a blizzard
  12. Sweet 18z EURO run. Rakeage between midnight-6am… will reward the sleep deprived.
  13. Oh I’m dropping pictures of margaritas on a white sand beach in the Jan 6 obs thread til I get banned if I somehow don’t get banned I’ll post mojitos in the Jan 11 obs thread
  14. i'd take it (remotely - still would be island hopping)
  15. sorry - I wasn't trying to disagree with you. Just posing the WxBell maps since you've said yourself the SV ones are bad. Added the context of previous runs since I didn't think it could hurt.
  16. I feel like things have been trending that way - would certainly help you out. It throws D.C. an extra 2" that get lost during the dry slot... could maybe end up a win-win, as I think @WxUSAF mentioned earlier.
  17. The coastal does a great deal for the subforum - would love to see that feature continue to improve
  18. I deleted a norther post since ya'll are disagreeing - I think it may just be the dual precip maxima starting to show. But it is drier. Less thumpy.
