  1. Line doesn't seem to be making much progress east. Looks like some heavy training over Lancaster Co.
  2. I picked the perfect spring to aerate and over seed. My lawn looks like Pebble Beach!
  3. I'm going with Feb 2010. We were still under a winter storm warning when Mt Holly issued a winter storm watch for the next one in the pipeline. I miss the days when we used to have winter around here.
  4. Somehow made it all the way up to 49F today, .9" of rain for the event. Our never-ending November is well into its 6th month.
  5. Gusty winds -- 35mph or so, with a heavy downpour. No lightning or thunder.
  6. Dropped down to 52F with this morning's rain. A line is starting to form over Berks & Lancaster counties.
  7. Currently 55F with a rain shower. Let's see what effect (if any) this has on potential severe later today.
  8. Seems windier today than Monday with the high wind warning. 45F with crud.
  9. Dropped down to 29F and have since rebounded to 33F. Got some frost on the lawns and car windshields this morning.
  10. Looks like I'm going to finish with 2.15" of rain. Some rumbles of thunder this afternoon, but nothing severe. No complaints either. My sump pumps are cranking now and I'd hate to lose power. Sun coming out, looks like a beautiful end to the day, 67F.
  11. About 1.6" of rain so far. Gusty, but not too bad yet -- I'd say the strongest winds have been in the 25-30 mph range. As others have said, any sort of sun later today will have a big say in just how severe our afternoon storms are. Stay safe everyone!
  12. Yep, some flurries here too. Couldn't buy a friggin' flake all winter long. Now that we're essentially in lock down, warm sunny weather would be welcomed to spend some time outside.
  13. Yeah, for the first time in my life I'm a bit envious of those guys who shave their heads and can pull it off, like Micheal Jordan. Anyway, when this is all over, I'm sure a lot of things will change/be different. Hopefully the PA LCB is one of them.
  14. Check out Boardroom Spirits in Lansdale. They're open because they also make hand sanitizer, and they deliver. Shhh....don't tell anyone. I've been watching You Tube videos on how to cut your own hair. Working up the courage to give it a shot.
  15. I'd have to go back and check, but I think the storm in late Feb 2010 was a retrograding low. Pouring rain in SNE and dumping snow from NYC south. Back to the current pattern... Most useless -NAO ever!
  16. Ha...yeah, the morning cloud deck was just about to burn off when the clouds from the west moved in.
  17. Get that inside 15 minutes and I’m all in!
  18. Heavy frost out there this morning. Glad I have no where to go, wouldn't feel like scrapping the windshield. 30F.
  19. Yeah, it’s weird. Obviously the weather team was told to stay home.
  20. Bill Henley called into the studio to do the weather rather than appear on camera today.
  21. And I was one of those idiots who, after seeing that report on the 6 o"clock news, grabbed my cc and ran to the state store...lol! So much for "social distancing". In all seriousness, hope everyone stays virus free and things get back to usual sooner rather than later.
  22. Forecasted to get down to 35F tonight and up to 70F tomorrow. Wild temp swings and wind is all we've had to track this year.
  23. I never broke out the kerosene heater this winter. I put down some grass seed last weekend and am currently running the sprinkler.
