  1. Getting cloud debris from the storms north of us. With a little luck, maybe it will shave a degree or two off today’s forecasted high temps. Otherwise, already 80F at 10am with a DP of 71F.
  2. No. I’m nearly 60 and can’t recall a forecast with 3 consecutive days of triple digits. Fortunately out this way, my highest temp forecast is 98F…so I got that going for me. Hoping all those without power have it restored today! 76F/DP 64F
  3. Picked up .75" from yesterday's storm. Hearing chainsaws and chippers in the neighborhood. 70F/DP 60F...enjoy it while it lasts!
  4. Good storm here, lost power for a few minutes but fortunately it’s back on. Something hit the house, haven’t had a chance to look yet. Topped out at 92F. Now down to 71F with a DP of 70F.
  5. Trash night. I expect nothing less than flying cows 84F/DP 75F...a bit sticky
  6. Yeah, looks like our luck is about to run out. Topped out at 64F yesterday, probably won't see that for a high again until mid October.
  7. Another June day not getting out of the 60’s I’m sure September will rock!
  8. Interesting "dry" look to the western Atlantic/Caribbean as the heart of hurricane season approaches.
  9. Never got out of the 60’s today, topped out at 69F. Not too shabby for June 9th.
  10. Current high temp forecast for mid week is only 85F now. We'll see. I imagine the increased soil moisture helps out somewhat.
  11. Never mind, it’s my moron neighbors burning shite on a windy day
  12. Don’t know if someone in my neighborhood is burning or is that wild fire smoke I smell?
  13. My new AC gets installed tomorrow, looks like I’ll get a chance to test it out later this week.
  14. I’m sitting at 11.45” for the month, hoping I can reach 12”. Another round of showers is moving in but don’t think it will be enough to produce another .50”.
  15. No need to look at the rain gauge, passed 10” for the month.
  16. M'eh, don't want to be in the bullseye this far out. Besides, the high is sliding off the coast, we quickly flip to rain. .75" from our latest storm, just under 10" for the month. 67F
  17. I noticed a slight halo around the sun on this morning's Jebwalk. It's gunna rain. 66F
  18. I think we lose 2 seconds of daylight the first day after the solstice. For me, it’s the first sign of autumn (Followed by Lowe’s and Home Depot putting out Christmas decorations on July 5th.)
  19. Less than a month and we start losing daylight again. Summer is flying by! 67F
