  1. I think you have us confused with the NYC forum
  2. So PSU got his inch. Does that mean we can have winter now??
  3. 2.9" total qpf over here near NPHS. Just a T of snow.
  4. Just under 3" here. It dumped between 6-7 last night, probably got an inch in that hour alone. Wind was a no show, which is fine, didn't feel like running after trash cans and Christmas decorations. And yes, a coating of snow on grassy surfaces to wrap things up. Biggest question for the entire country east of the Mississippi...did PSU get his inch???
  5. Been getting hammered for the last 1/2 hour or so. Finally letting up a bit, 58F.
  6. About .40” so far, heavy stuff looks to move in around 8pm. 60F
  7. Steady light rain, .10" in the bucket so far. 58F/DP 58F
  8. Ch 10 guy at 11 said snow is not a concern for us. Maybe he meant accumulation wise. He did say the other day he does love snow, so there’s that.
  9. 18z GFS not hating the idea of some frozen mixing in.
  10. We got NAMed again Even if it doesn’t snow, still so much better than last year already. At least there’s junk & stuff to track.
  11. Seriously! If I didn’t have windows and my only access to weather info was this board, you’d think we’ve consistently been in the 60’s and 70’s this month. Some years we can’t buy a flake, but early signs are the atmosphere can produce frozen for us this year.
  12. I don’t think we ever got NAM’ed last year. My bar is set low for this one, just hoping to see flakes flying.
  13. NAM at range but maybe some wet, mangled flakes to wrap thing up Monday am (while RedSky sleeps)?
  14. This! Who knows how this winter will ultimately unfold. But getting three "events" in the last 10 days during what some are hyping as the most hostile December for snow in the history of western civilization can't be a bad omen heading forward.
  15. Flurries underway. All it does is snow around here 31F
  16. Seems it snows when RedSky sleeps. I vote we put him in a medically induced coma until April
  17. A stray flurry or two came drifting by on this morning's Jebwalk. That's two weeks in a row with frozen falling from the sky. Apocalyptic-Nino-all-out-torch-December ftw 37F
  18. Palm trees are sprouting up around Brooklyn, we have some catching up to do.
  19. Pac puke + Eagles beat down = quiet Philly forum on a Monday. 42F
  20. The North American plate is drifting west by about 2.3cm per year. In another hundred million years or so, those warm MJO phases may work out for us. Patience!
  21. Down in Delco this evening, fog thick as pea soup. Wonder what it’s like in Kamuland?
  22. Picked up about .40” from this latest event. I don’t when we’ll see flakes but it seems things are getting wet again—it’s one piece of the puzzle. 48F
  23. It's December 1st and we haven't had five HECS yet, clearly this winter is a bust!
