  1. The solutions yesterday were definitely better all around for snow.... obviously more up north, but they were flashing everyone right to the coast over to some heavy snow. Might be 6 of 1 and half dozen of the other in this area though. Doesn’t seem like the amounts have changed much. Maybe we sneak an inch or two
  2. If the trend is progressive and weaker I’d sell on much accumulation south of the MA NH border and the highest elevations. It goes without saying, but weak sauce in October isn’t going to get it done
  3. Seems we are in mid season form with the models. Everyone gets sucked in yesterday and then overnight runs turn into a sheared mess.
  4. 2011 was good almost everywhere except here... even Foxboro had half a foot. I think we had like 1-2” of slop here if I recall... if things break right I’d say the ceiling here is higher with this particular event. Its October though, so more than likely we will enjoy our cold rain ending as some flakes maybe
  5. Icon would be fun. Flashes everyone down to like the canal over to a period of heavy snow.
  6. I do like the little enhanced totals looks on the south shore into se mass on some of the models.... little enhancement as it exits stage right
  7. Euro is the perfect storm in my book down this way. Crap ton of rain for the steins and ends as a few inches of snow possibly
  8. I’d take the euro... ton of rain and a chance at a few inches of snow at the end.
  9. People undoubtedly getting gassed up for what will likely be a disappointment. I’d feel pretty good if I was in dendrites area... but further south... good Rainer maybe ended as some flakes would be my guess, especially south of the pike. Maybe north has a shot at some minor accums.
  10. No, they’ll say they had no idea this was coming and your power will be out for 2 weeks
  11. Heh.... the accumulation map is something. Congrats on 2 feet for Kevin. Even tops a foot into interior se mass
  12. Yeah... I was going to say.... when you’re building up like that, you can’t really skip any steps, because it’s going to settle unevenly over time.
  13. Being honest here, I would seriously consider a retaining wall of some sorts around the back and sides, given it slopes down.
  14. Snow is a pipe dream outside of NNE.... just give me the rain. Still dry here
  15. Testing is only a snapshot in time... so getting a test 2-3 days before going to thanksgiving at granny’s house is only so effective. Unless you are rapid testing people out in the driveway, (even then, there are false negatives) there isn’t a fool proof way to have gatherings
  16. Thursday Friday into Saturday timeframe has soaker potential here. Cold rain
  17. Been a warm month overall.... should make a dent back the other way over the next week or so though
  18. Looks like our next chance for rain is a week out or so at least. We Stein
  19. Good luck, they are more than likely going to have the backing of local and state officials if they do that. It may not be right, but pretty much anything is flying these days. If they can force businesses to stay closed for weeks and months they can and may decide who’s skiing and who’s not.
  20. Like we said. If it rains some and then goes back to being dry (like it has) then that doesn’t do us all that good.
  21. The wife and I don’t have the money to buy or build a house right now.... but if we could swing buying some land right now.... at least we’ll have that when and if the time comes
  22. Any ideas of Snow prospects here? https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/Juniper-Meadow-Rd-Danbury-NH-03230/201296085_zpid/
