    We’ve had a few tree guys come look. We’re going to take down the three closest to the house that seem iffy. Otherwise both guys that came over said it’s a pretty nice stand of trees and don’t mess with it too much. We have been very lucky over the years that nothing is ever come down in the house. I’m fortunately sheltered from west winds with a 600 foot hill behind the house.

    You know what? Decent event for late season. Honestly I was skeptical we were going to get this much. It’s actually kicked back up to moderate snow falling again.

    Solid 3 inches here, probably a little more but I did not bother measuring first thing this morning. Lots of compaction. still snowing lightly.

    Snowing pretty good in Greenfield right now. Should be able to hit 3”.

    About 2” of sleet/snow. Moderate snow right now. Most school districts around here are canceled or delayed.

    Flipped to mostly snow with mixed sleet around 1:30am. Let’s see if we can get it to accumulate a bit now.

    If we sleet all night, I’m anticipating school closures in the morning. I wouldn’t be thrilled to go drive right now. .25” sleet, 34°.

    It is terrible outside. Pelt fest. The dog took 20 steps from the front door and came back in.

    Radar is a bit shredded so let’s see where this goes. I had moderate sleet coming down but I just flipped to light rain and radar is a bit shredded.

    This whole thing is going to end up a sea of suck for many. Believe me, I am all for paint peeling accumulating sleet tonight but I’m just not sure we get there.
