  1. Cherish well your thoughts and keep a tight grip on your booze
  2. Second line of storms completely missed here also. Congrats to those along the MA Pike I guess.
  3. I’ve loved it so far. Only a few days of using air conditioning and great outdoor weather. My professional farmer friends are hurting and lawns are ash but it’s been a great stretch of weather. It’s also nice to be on town water instead of a well.
  4. Yeah, this may yet turn into an actual drought for parts of SNE.
  5. The ground under your trees will still be dry after it passes.
  6. We cannot buy a rain shower here. Just had the sky turn black with lots of rumbles and then maybe a minute light rain. It’s akin to what @Typhoon Tipsaid earlier, it’s almost as if the arid soil is robbing atmospheric moisture and depleting thunderstorms.
  7. Some good rumbles and no rain! Unreal. That one cell that’s holding together is just going to ride along the mass pike.
  8. I’m not sure how convinced I am that many are going to get a good drink out of this.
  9. Even out in Greenfield I’m keeping my expectations very low. I’m thinking that cell probably falls apart over the Northern Berkshires.
  10. Why, do you have some fantasy about living in a tent while your house gets rebuilt?
  11. I think you and torch tiger are alone on an island with that wish.
  12. 84/54. The RH in my living room is 42% I wouldn’t mind a few weeks of this weather. The ground around here is pretty baked. I have not seen the rivers this low in a long time.
  13. Perhaps that will moderate also, seems to be the theme of the season.
  14. That’s a sizable area to cover considering there are no great east to west routes across those states. Enjoy, it’s a beautiful time of year to visit northern New England.
  15. Nice picture, glad to see Ho Chi Minh is alive and well on the gas tank painting. It’s hard to believe I left Cambridge almost 15 years ago.
  16. Yes, it’s the height of summer, it should be hot.
  17. Who could have imagined that it might be hot in mid July? Shocking.
  18. They have been here also. Kd told me they were based out of Worcester. He had on logo shirt and uniform but I can’t member the name of the company. Our dog was barking up a storm in the window and I told him I better go inside before the dog jumps right through the screen.
  19. That is the type of heat that warps plastic trash cans and recycling bins.
  20. I may quit my job and open a talcum powder stand.
