  1. Russell retested the diamond wedge from beneath. It's setup for a big flush IMO. Reminds me of a more compressed version of Boeing's chart in the lead up to COVID last year.
  2. Hay Harbor Club course at Fishers Island. It's a great little 9 holer. Often overlooked due to the world-class course at the other end of the island, but HHC is fantastic fun. It is private, but I doubt anyone would stop you if you jumped on the course in the evening or early morning. Here's a picture looking back from the green on the 2nd hole. Tee box is tucked over at the far right by the water. Very challenging hole.
  3. If you tee off the third with the same ball as the second, you're doing well in my book lol.
  4. There's a sight for sore eyes. I miss the little pine trees that used to dot the rough between 5 and 7, which always helped me locate my drive in the deep stuff lol.
  5. Giddy up. What a great stretch it's been.
  6. They f up deliveries to our office daily. I'm with you.
  7. I like your style. Zacapa is fantastic.
  8. The guy faked a leveraged buyout of Tesla and the SEC settled. If there was ever a case that warranted an instant D&O ban and federal charges, that was it. Is it any wonder that he feels above the law?
  9. I keep hearing that crypto is the new gold, meaning an inflation hedge. Didn't look like it yesterday lol. As for Tesla, they just lost their chief source of paper profitability with Stellantis no longer needing to buy billions of credits. Their reputation in China is trash now, as reflected by plunging sales last month, their factory in Berlin has been put on hold due to construction permit and labor violations and their market share is getting eroded by dozens of new EV entrants. I also don't believe for a second that they've managed their supply chain issues when the big boys are all having issues. And the stock is still almost $3,000 on a pre-split basis. If I hadn't been smoked by the gamma squeeze last year, I'd be sorely tempted to start shorting this pile of dung again.
  10. Lol, especially now that Elon has managed to crash everything.
  11. Will there be a Kuchera product for this?
  12. Yeah, it's in a league of its own. My dad commuted from Boston to Duxbury as the storm came in and he still talks about how harrowing that drive was and how utterly ferocious the storm was. That and Hurricane Donna are his two big weather memories in southeast MA.
  13. That was always my observation for Harvard alums. ALWAYS find a way to work it into conversation. Maybe it's all the Ivies.
  14. This is so epic. The audio makes it and that 500mb evolution never fails to make my jaw drop. Thank you for making this!
  15. I just think there's a huge mismatch between her "strategy", if you want to call it that, and the instrument she's using to execute it. She's supposed to provide investors daily liquidity, yet she's loaded up on highly illiquid, unprofitable companies where she herself has often been the source of liquidity through her outsized purchases. If redemption pressure continues and she exhausts her more liquid, higher quality positions (like her liquidating Apple yesterday), you could see a pretty spectacular cascade as she starts dumping into the void. Moreover, as she sells the higher quality stuff, it becomes more apparent to her investors that they're holding a bag of odious excrement and they all try to get to the exit.. EDIT: Oh, I forgot to mention the fact that Cathy buys her own funds. That cross-seeding is a giant red flag IMO. EDIT EDIT: Also, by far her largest position >10% is possibly the bubbliest asset in her whole portfolio
  16. I wonder what percentage of ARK's investors are under water at this point. There was a looot of chasing going on in January and February.
  17. Given both the record long positioning and record margin debt in this market, things can turn ugly on a dime.
  18. Cathie continues to dump her higher quality liquid stocks like Apple to double down on her illiquid shitcos. Things become very interesting if outflows continue. Feeling better and better about those ARKK puts I picked up a few weeks ago.
  19. My bro made a Vitamin Sea run for me. It's my first experience with their brews and I gotta say I'm very impressed.
  20. Well, I've heard of a few cases where the patient was largely asymptomatic, but there was enough damage in the lungs that they had low very low blood oxygen and the tingling in the extremities that goes with it. I'm not a doctor though, so take with a heap of salt. Best wishes for a speedy recovery at any rate!
  21. Low blood ox? Any tingling in the fingers?
  22. How much do you want to bet that the whale that bought 25% of Doge a month before Elon started pumping it was Elon?
  23. Stuff was like drinking antifreeze.
