  1. Yeah that's pretty impressive. Might have been aided by convective cells earlier. Lots of reports of stuff down between here and Manchester. I have power, but can hear the hum of gennys in the distance.
  2. The west side of the First CT Lake gets nasty on ESE winds. Looks like the COOP station hit 54mph before dropping obs. Probably 60+ easily in more exposed areas.
  3. Denver is about to fall off a cliff. They were able to get some compressional warming ahead of the front and managed to hit 50F. Soon a snowstorm and below 0F tonight.
  4. Could be nasty for PDX. With a well placed high, the cold air drainage through gorge can be as stubborn as the CAD regions of NE. Pretty common for the them to stay below freezing for 6-12+ hours longer than even the high res models. Also, this has been the winter of yore so far for Vancouver. Multiple 10cm+ events, and they just grabbed 30cm yesterday. Another 10-20cm on the way too. Huge events for them.
  5. Still waiting for ice on anything decent sized in my area. Swamps and small ponds might be manageable. I've heard of guys getting out from Central NH northward
  6. Yeah. I do think there's a window near and around fropa for higher gusts, but I'm not sold on widespread damaging winds locally.
  7. That's a frigid airmass on the backside. It ends up moderating considerably for us on SW flow, but that run has DFW flirting with 0F Fri AM.
  8. Still gonna be a pretty solid front ender with the high position, but its gonn be followed by a screamer
  9. @NHDrySlot is too lazy to post, but he got 5" at 500'in Bedford, NH.
  10. Even the north side of town along there derry line had 2"+ from yesterday morning, while I just had a little slush. So, a couple miles north of me probably tripled my storm total.
  11. CF just slipped back south of me. 37 and dropping, looks like it'll level off around 35 based on the obs, so we still may need a little work to flip over.
  12. CF seems to be slowly slipping back southward in the 93 corridor. Hung out in Derry for most of the day
  13. There's still 1-2" left on the ground on northside of Windham and I have nothing at my house. So close, but so far.
  14. 39 here now. Looks like it stopped just short of you, but you didn't miss much. I flipped for like an hour, but we lost the good rates and wasted most of it. Just got some slush. Derry north got more.
  15. Euro caved east at 6z, then the nam jumped west at 12z. It could be interesting tonight if it tracks more over the Cape vs Weymouth (like the 12z hrrr), but well see.
  16. Slipped back up to the 34F here with light rain. Station to my south in Pelham is up to 37F. CF might be oscillating back northward a bit in this area.
