  4. 2 day event totals, 1.05 inches of rain, 0.8 inches of snow, was 33.7 at 7 am, now up to 38.0 with a few flurries in the breeze. The 0.85 inches of rain for yesterday was a new daily record, breaking 2012's 0.58 mark, the 0.8 broke the daily snowfall record, previous a T from a couple of years. The 39.4 high is a new daily 'cool max', breaking 1983's 41 degree reading.
  5. Sent in a 0.8" snow report to NWS Blacksburg. Crazy stuff out there! Will shatter my record for the date of 'T', lol.
  6. About what it looked like here an hour ago, melting now as we have gone back to a rain/sleet mix. 34.4/32.2
  7. At the rate this is falling, I think it MIGHT accumulate on the sun..... BTW, on radar that isn't heavy rain passing over me in western VA, it is bright banding from the wet heavy snow.
  8. All snow here, and WOW at the size of the flakes, half dollar and larger!! Everything has gone white and we are accumulating fast. 33.7/32.0
  9. It's a T baby! (in my best Dickie V voice lol)
  10. A 1/3 1/3 1/3 of rain sleet and snow here now, temp down to 34.1/32.0, starting to accumulate on decks and cars.
  11. Rain and an occasional mangled flake and sleet pellet, 35.7/33.5 here. Can't see mountains, I'd say they are getting white again. EDIT- oh, and it is right raw out there, E wind at 12 gusting to 22...
  12. I'm more interested in panels 12 and 15, but 26 would do...

  15. That second storm with hail pushed my temp down to 44 degrees now. Starting to clear to the SW, VERY dark off to my NE. I'm not sure I've ever turned in two hail reports in one day, much less 25 to 30 minutes apart lol.
  16. And now we can add a few claps of thunder to the mix, new cell pushing in
  17. Well, this is interesting, a rain/soft hail/graupel? mix is falling at 51/31 here now...
  18. Now snowing on traffic cams up in Highland county lol
  19. Set a record 'warm minimum' of 51.1 degrees here, breaking the old mark of 49 from 1997. Another 0.80 in the gauge this morning after thunderboomers overnight.
