You were right on the deep cold 2003-04. I think somehow the years got commingled in your recollection? Once we got past the great December blizzard for NYC-BOS it was mainly cold and dry through January. One night it got down to -7 at Logan and a thin cloud layer probably prevented-10.

Gradient patterns are my all time favorite. If you’re on the good side it’s paradise.

For the past 10 years I’ve not allowed snow or lack thereof influence quality of life. Would like to find some CBD with none to minimal THC. Have to wait until we return which should be in about a week. May have to come back pretty soon thereafter tho so we want to make sure the dog can come. So if something cuts hopefully we’ll be in Chicago.

It’s weird because in general in sne it’s hard to get good snow consistently before 12/10-15. And in my 30 winters back from LA, about 20% gave us decent snow before 12/15 give or take a day or 2. Excluding the fluke October snows.

Right about now we get the serious melts. Lava kicks it off with a flare...lol.
