It’s weird because in general in sne it’s hard to get good snow consistently before 12/10-15. And in my 30 winters back from LA, about 20% gave us decent snow before 12/15 give or take a day or 2. Excluding the fluke October snows.

Right about now we get the serious melts. Lava kicks it off with a flare...lol.

I don’t think this interpretation is the least bit objective. But pondering the 510 thickness rain prog-when things don’t add up I’d be skeptical of the model depiction vs factoring far more warming than there has been. And a 192 hour op prog? You’re better than this.

Lol...we were out for a walk and I was sure I saw 2 people with a dog out ahead but alas, it was 2 posts and a hydrant. I feel like it’s so much easier to metabolize vs alcohol which I almost never have these days save for crown the night of 10/29...lol. Another thing no one told me about....was eating lunch with our daughter and 12 year old nephew one day and he blurts out-“I really love it when it snows-everything changes and no matter what I feel happy.” Wife and daughter have looks on their face staring at me with eyes wide open! When his mom came I castigated her for never telling me! So there’s another weenie in the muthufukking house here in Chicagoland! I told him I’d put him on the text alert list for when snow comes so he can store up on sleep.

Also, in 1700 or 1946 we needed epo or other help in early December. We have a 150 year record of storms that happened and in almost all cases there is at least one favorable tele.

Just went into the local dispensary (legal in IL too) to see if I could get something to quiet my essential head tremor. Sub lingual 20:1 CBD/THC does the trick amazingly with no real psychoactive effects! No longer being a fed has freed me-picked up some gummies too!

We tested 16 of us Thanksgiving morning at an MD family friend’s office. All negative. Biggest gathering since a year ago. Hopefully accurate amd no one gets sick...

Happy thanksgiving everyone. Despite my FIL travails here we’re going to enjoy the day. We all got access to rapid tests which we did this morning and thankfully all are negative. This protects everyone tested for 24 hours as long as we don’t exit our personal bubble. Given the fragile nature of those way older than the mainstream it seemed wise.
