With the recent issue regarding the NYC sensor placement (going on 20 years now) with warm season foliage, wouldn't using KLGA or KEWR be more representative of the NYC climate?

Sat and Sun had low of 14 - lowest since i moved here today - low 26, high 55 looking forward to more snow maybe this weekend- we'll see! keep em coming!

i lived on LI at the time but we went from a forecast of maybe an inch on dec 23 to over a foot on dec 24

unexpected low clouds came in around noon here and stopped the temp from going too high today. High was 71.6 just after noon before the clouds rolled in this morning it was 47 currently clear and 67/61

The crazy warmth continues. 70 at 11am and sunny.

47/43 now with very light rain. 0.36" on the day- high was 63 at midnight. I'm averaging 49.8 degrees for the month of December so far compare that to 46.6 for November as a whole. Crazy..

73/64 - opened all the windows - temp shot up in the house 67 to 72 in 15 minutes with this wind today - high was 74.5 awaiting the line of storms
