    Having no blocking over the top is hurting us. This Nino is not really coupled to the northern hemisphere. This Nino is not acting like a traditional Nino.

    Just looked out and everything is covered in a blanket of snow. At least it looks like winter lol. Temp at 28.

    The flow is more westerly than anything so you should do well with whatever moisture is around.

    Oh yeah and not negating your post at all. Just sharing some past history insight. I mean maybe if we do get a split this time the tpv just stays weak.
