  1. Nice...now I have to put you on ignore. J/k of course. Upload some pics when you can!
  2. Yeah...is there someone at the NWS that we can email to file a complaint with about the new radar technology? It's awful. How did that pass user testing? Did someone's nephew win the contract to upgrade it? It's beyond awful. It's unusable.
  3. Well shoot, but I agree. Besides maybe Ray, I’m in a pretty bad spot for this one. SW CT looks good for a few.
  4. Normally, I’d say that looks decent for at least advisory snows up to the Pike. Maybe even S NH. This winter, not so sure.
  5. At least the 6z GFS mixes it up. Now whiff, whiff, cutter, whiff, cutter.
  6. We get coyotes howling every night here. They’re brazen too. Sitting out front last fall, one just nonchalantly galloped past within 10 ft. Didn’t even pay me any attention.
  7. Head to the coast. I flirt with rain every storm here. Even slam dunk all snow events.
  8. Yeah...Cambridge is a good demarcation line. Storrow Drive is the DMZ.
  9. Eventually one of these will break right. We’re due.
  10. Probably means we’ll just get sh!t on again.
  11. Where’s the dotted line? My pen is ready.
  12. Same. I’d never consider buying on the other side of the Pike either...only I’m staying on the North Shore.
  13. Looks like it would deliver the goods.
  14. What’s funny is that a lot of my friends from north of Boston don’t even consider SE MA. Friends south of Boston never consider NE MA. South Shore vs. North Shore. Battle lines drawn.
  15. 2001/2002 was a ratter on roids. No way BOS got 45.9”
  16. Just about 10 days away...almost there.
  17. 6z GFS misses SNE with extreme precision pretty much the entire run. I counted 4 or 5 whiffs. Silver lining...no cutters depicted.
  18. Metro Boston is quickly becoming the Bay Area. Untouchable!
  19. You’re probably right. My sister and BIL got into Reading (just outside 128) for under $380k in 2009. Old Capes on their street are now selling for ~$500k only to be demolished to put a 3500 sq ft new construction in its place. Their neighbors two doors down just purchased one of these for $1.3M!
  20. Agree. Inside 128 is soon to be untouchable for the average Joe. Woburn was one of the last “affordable” cities. Now, a full gut job 3 BR Cape style home exceeds $500k. Updated homes $700k+. By 2030, any move in ready home within 128 will require $1M+ just to enter the market.
