  1. I've got a colleague out in Minneapolis. Man, he's been rubbing it in with snower after snower.
  2. Nice winter light rain this morning.
  3. And it's an essential business apparently. 30+ days between events in the heart of winter will do that.
  4. What's your take on releasing the whole stockpile and not holding any reserve back to ensure folks get their second doses within the prescribed 21-28 day period?
  5. I have 15 cousins (3 families) and second cousins that are currently positive or just recovered right now. It’s raging for sure.
  6. Nah. It’s a win win for DIT. If we somehow skunk, he can tell us he told us so. If we rock, you’ll see the LFG posts one after another. It’s a defense or coping mechanism. Whatever works...
  7. I think it would be news if there weren’t variants circulating. Scientists should continue to watch for them and adapt as/if necessary.
  8. Yep. Same goes for when DIT goes into full reverse psychology mode. Fun times ahead.
  9. I’d make a joke, but I think @RUNNAWAYICEBERG would make it better.
  10. Feb 2006 was 17" of all treble, no base. IIRC, it was gone a few days later (at least where I was).
  11. I was in VA for Feb 2017. I remember a week of 80s there in mid-Feb. It did get chilly in early March though.
  12. IIRC, didn't we hit like 80F in Fitchburg in Feb 2019? Or maybe that was 2018? The years blend together after a while.
  13. My sister just got her vaccination today since she's a healthcare worker. Booster shot scheduled for mid Feb.
  14. At least the weather seems stable these days. Hope remains alive heading past about 1/20 or so. There's no black hole over AK or Greenland, so we may as well root for snow chances.
  15. I just locked in the GFS for D9-10. That looks sweet.
  16. No snow on snow. Let’s do melt on melt.
  17. A cutter would bring some epic melts in here.
  18. Same. Note the date stamp on this photo I took during last year’s record January torch.
  19. 36-42F and partly cloudy during the days. 22-32F at night. Yawn.
  20. FYP Wolf has to be the first sacrificial lamb. Like Ray said, hopefully we're back to tracking legitimate threats by mid week, next week.
