    Seems like the whole market is a shaky house of cards these days especially. So long as it doesn't completely melt down and I'm able to retire in 31 or so years, so be it.

    1” new. Grass covered. Just wiped the driveway clean and started sculpting my DIT snow banks. It’s amazing how just 1” is enough to transform the landscape. I’m happy. Anything more is gravy.
