  1. LOL. The 18z GFS takes a scalpel to Essex Co, ensuring we’re on the outside looking in. Incredible.
  2. I'm sure her DUFF will take care of your needs around 3/20 when a few sloppy inches piles up on your Celica, which flips to rain and starts melting right as she departs.
  3. 1/29 definitely has a shot at impacting E SNE. That long easterly fetch will at least bring clouds and OES.
  4. Sacrificing short term personal gain for the greater good at some future time. You sound like a...
  5. Uh oh...hopefully that's not a sign that we'll need to wait until 12/26 to see measurable again.
  6. Broad circulation for the 1/29 deal reminiscent of 2/8/13 for sure.
  7. Yeah. Chestnut Hill ain’t sniffing 8-12. Maybe 8-12 flakes.
  8. Nice. Favorable period just 10 days away then.
  9. Feel free to send @DotRat_Wx some referral money.
  10. What's the EURO got for 1/29? It's 40 past 1PM, so I'm guessing lack of posts means nothing good. EDIT - just saw Ray's post. My assumption was correct.
  11. That funny. Here on the coast, there's been abundant sunshine in a typically gloomy month.
  12. One decent EURO run would lift spirits immensely...string a few decent runs in...and we'd be rocking and forget all about this period.
  13. And then a welcoming FU to begin February with a cutter on the 3rd.
  14. I can do 70s to 80F next month for a time. Then sign me up for March 2018.
  15. Regression is a... If I can manage < 6" for the season, I'll beat last year's 19.5" season's total.
  16. NYC weenies should be encouraged by the 12z GFS. @MJO812
  17. I'm ready to gamble on basically any other pattern other than one-eyed pigs. That said, maybe nature is just warming up her lungs for the big kahuna in our near future?
  18. Sure. Start high...can always adjust down.
  19. 3-4" would feel like a KU at this point. After 1/26, it looks like our next shot at anything waits until the first week of Feb...or even later? I'm told that northern stream dominant patterns can break right with very little notice though, so maybe something good pops with only 72-96 hours notice.
  20. 16 years ago today. One of the more special SNE storms in recent memory. Boy, time flies.
