    That was a weekend one too. I remember waking up early in the morning, expecting it to have already changed over. Nope, it was 15F and ripping! We eventually slotted and got into the 30s, but the damage was done.

    I've had 7" total since this epic February pattern developed. 0" --- 2/1-2/2 5" --- 2/7 2" --- 2/9 And no complaints. Looks great out there.

    We hear Maine’s real estate market is exploding right now too. Good for current owners who sell and go elsewhere more affordable. (South Carolina, Florida...)

    That was the price range inside 128 (Woburn) just 5 years ago. Now, knock downs are 450k, even in once affordable Woburn.

    I’m on the sidelines for now and will be a FTHB. Once the market cools, I’m ready to pounce. I expected to earlier, but I was waiting on a grade increase at work to increase buying power. Also paid off my car and some private student loans while waiting to help with financing too.

    Yup. Old Capes are selling for $500k++ and then being torn down to put up a 3000+ sq ft monstrosity with no yard. Great time for FTHBs around here.
