    3K NAM looks good for most east of 495 for areas north of the pike.. still a general 14-20".. SEMA/SWCT/RI look great.

    Yes, could not stand the constant sun and 70-80 weather in California!! lol.. I heard this winter has been like the good old days.. hopefully the next 10 years rock!! Will be Cambridge in temp housing then not sure..

    Yo! Moving back in February 2026 to the Boston area, location unknown but probably somewhere inside 128. Hopefully I can make Mass Winters Great Again and bring back the snow.... Hope all is well!
