  1. Just been a deluge in a narrow band from parts of north central SI into the Bayonne nj area with over 4" in spots.
  2. That line has been a few miles east of me with 1.25" here.... I am seeing some totals over 3" now in that narrow band.
  3. Yeah I was checking my totals last night also...122 days so far with measurable precip.
  4. Going back to 2010, with the exception of 2013, all septembers have seen above normal temps with many significantly so. October's are similar with only 2015 near normal. Miss cool autumns.
  5. 0.99" here with the on and off showers and thunder last couple hours.
  6. Models still all over the place with regards to rainfall amounts...With convection will have to wait and see.
  7. Hilarious how TWC continues to get lambasted after yesterday's fiasco...On their Facebook page, every serious story they post is accompanied by all funny reader comments.
  8. Nine straight days with measurable rain...0.03" this am.
  9. Anybody home? Saw some very heavy and local rain amounts around the Bound brook nj area overnight...some 5"+ reports...weakened heading east with 0.22" here.
  10. Sunday and Monday here saw high temps of 61 and 63° along with 1.40" of rain...really whittled down the temp departure to +2.1°.
  11. Geez the gfs is even further east thru hr 130 than previous runs... Still time to go but it would be another big failure for that model if the southern track verifies. Then does a loop and heads back west into NC on Monday.
  12. Euro very consistent with its more southern track...other models back to further north landfall. Cmc, gfs eventually bring some remnant rains up this way while the Euro drives it back sse after a few days.
  13. Plus two early snowstorms 10/28/2011 and 11/7/2012 and an earthquake to boot!
  14. Guess everyone's concentrating on Florence but nams rain next three days...
  15. Ya know spiders can get in there and prevent the tipper from moving with their webs...happened to me with my rain gage and anemometer.
  16. 94° high for the day...currently 93/73 with more clouds.
  17. SE wind, but still pushing upwards at 88° currently. DP 76°.
  18. This has been a topic of conversation for a while now...you said it, it's been downhill since the ownership changes. There is talk now that they're trying to get their act together and fix the many problems, but we'll see.
