    Got 0.60" here on si with the t storm....most of that in less than 10 minutes.

    With pws, that can be caused by 2m installations vs rooftop under calm/light winds. I see it with a station just a few houses away from me.

    November finished with a -1.5° temp departure...Precip of 1.23" is the 4th lowest for Nov in 40 years. Lowest temp was 26° and highest of 70°.

    Yeah winds stronger now behind the line...just gusted to 40mph with temp at 45°.
