Came close here also last three days with 98,99 and 98 degree highs.

98° high...sea breeze moved in around 3:30 and dropped temp down to 90°....Dew point went from 60 to 69 with wind shift.

99° for the high today...dew points did drop a bit into the 60's as the storms past to the north.

In the past I've usually been not to far off from EWR, maybe a degree or two...this summer though it's more like 4 degrees or so.

Yeah thats a problem with many passive shields....Have to be careful when looking at the pws.

Yeah common sense...I've always had more than one temp unit running at my station...if my main sensor goes off I'd know it.

87/74 temp split here for Wednesday...clouds last couple nights keeping up temps, still 75 ° currently.
