Managed to miss the showers that were nearby today so mtd stays at 9.84".

The rain was just to my s but the clouds and outflow cooled things...yes it was around 2pm so would have gone higher.

Yeah Rob...I mean rain gages are very inexpensive...even a cheap tipping bucket will get the job done. -

Of course...rainfall can vary greatly. Everyone with an interest should have a raingage if space is available. -

Wow...had nothing measurable in Travis from that earlier storm. 1.02" in Castleton Corners. -
Ground is really soaked around here...additional rain next couple days along with possible Ida, maybe some problems.
