    strong wind gusts bouncing the car around, any of these strong gusts with a soiled ground is not a good look.

    major flooding here in yonkers, a couple roads are completely flooded, and a bridge over the saw mill river had about 1 of foot on it, made it safely to work, even my work lot had major flooding at the bottom of it.
