  1. I remember the heat wave in France about 15 years ago that killed thousands. None to few places with AC there didn’t help..Good grief

  3. I’m currently reading “Explaining the Unexplained” by Steven Ellis. Not sure I buy all of it but he has some interesting theories and explanations about religion, UFO’s the paranormal, etc

  8. I remember growing up August was full of severe weather events (not even including the tropical variety) so we are way overdue for an active August.. I liken it almost to how March was so mediocre for snowfall for about a decade and that recently changed a bit

  21. At this point it could be Aliens in a lab disguised as Chinese and it wouldn’t shock me
  22. As a lover of storms and things tropical I wouldn’t mind living in New Orleans for a year. Probably not much longer than that however..Seems like they average a hurricane threat once a year and a t-storm about 300 days a year..
