  1. Great post. That Aleutian ridge could trend stronger as we get closer and really tank the pna. Plus where are we getting the cold air from?? It’s on the other side of the globe on those maps
  2. Gfs following the euro from 12z. Block is better positioned and se ridge muted. Weenie run
  3. Euro op not a dramatic with linking the block with sue ridge. Turns out we get several threats after the 5th
  4. I think we see improvements in the pac at some point during the second half of the month. I just fear we waste a good Atlantic before that comes. Going to be lots of frustration with several cutters before then
  5. I don’t see that but we are definitely not getting a snow look for the east with that -pna
  6. Ugly set op runs today. Going to need improvements in the pac before anything
  7. @bluewave back to 11-15 day pac changes hopefully we don’t kick the can so far the block is gone by the time things improve
  8. About as bullish as this guy gets when it comes to snow
  9. Seems like it stabilized With changes in the pac starting around day11-15 again. Hopefully we can move it closer this time. Eps went towards the gefs/geps last night
  10. Nice. Yeah Missoula -7.7 and 12 inches for the month of November. Montana state is in Butte? 3rd coldest November on record
  11. Winter has been out west since November. Montana,Wyoming and Utah really starting off strong
  12. I hope so…if this trend continues I wouldn’t expect much in the way of snow until after the 15th at the earliest
  13. 18z gfs op is a disaster with the pac while linking up the nao with se ridge.
  14. Ring of blue on the geps? Is that even possible?
  15. Definitely a can kick today on all the guidance with regards to the pac. Hopefully this pattern doesn’t stay in the 11-15 day all month
  16. Today’s guidance agreed on some lower hgts off the west coast to start that period. We eventually get to that good look but a bit of a can kick today. Perhaps it reverses back tonight
  17. The eps is unreal. Threats start from The 7th on….
  18. That’s what is going to happen in this setup if forecasted correctly. We don’t have a juiced up southern stream with loads of moisture
  19. NNE best shot will be next week with two systems that will continue to trend colder.
  20. CMC has a threat for the end of next week
  21. I need to see @bluewave on board for me to get interested
  22. I believe nyc did best with the last march 2018 event. The CCB ended up to there west during the first event
  23. Beautiful if that map proves to be true
