It’s pouring snow here right now. Visibility is < 1/4 mile.

Yeah, looks like it's about to stall its southward shift.
Looks like you might get into it at least briefly. How far north of Baldwinsville are you?

Eh, I don't know. It's supposed to move back north. I have a feeling it's going to halt pretty soon just to troll and then go north. Then I'll have to wait for it to hopefully move south this evening and not fall apart on its way down.
We’ll I’m into it right now. As long as I can get a couple of hours of decent rates maybe I can add an inch or two to my totals.

1.4 inches last night brings me up to 41.3 since November 1. About to get into that snow band so I should be adding at least a little to that amount. 22.8 inches so far in January.

The furthest west the GFS makes it with significant snow is Rhode Island.

I needed a magnifying glass to see that. What is that showing, the Tops parking lot in Fulton?
I don’t think it’s Lysander.

Big missed opp for Bills. Noone thinks Cincy is winning next week. And for that matter, Rams and SF? I don't think either of them could beat Bills or KC.
If Mahomes plays like this the rest of the way KC will be Super Bowl champions.

2 1/2 inches here so far. The snow has lightened up but a new band on a NNW wind seems to be forming. I think that’s why the snow has picked up in Oswego.

Euro is even less phased with a fairly strung out low well off the coast.

The lake band is a shell of it’s former self but it’s still snowing heavily here, prob 1-2 inches per hour.

What’s left of the band is over me now. Snow is coming down nicely with good sized flakes. My deck has a nice covering on it but I don’t expect this to last very long.

You think it will survive to give us a couple inches? Has that look like it will quickly fall apart.
It’s already showing signs of weakening.

I didn't say anything heavy. I just said nice (which is vague and can be interpreted differently). I've noticed you almost having a "corrective" tone in your replies to me (a temperature different of a degree, or a different dewpoint reading at SYR.) Any particular reason, or are you too just reporting observations?
I would say there is a nice snowfall falling here actually. Pretty, sparkly flakes with a new fresh covering since an hour ago.
It’s not my intention to be “corrective “ but to add some quantitative observations to the commentary.

Looks like Niagara on the Lake, Ontario and Niagara County, NY are getting a nice snowfall.
Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario - Queen Street | FirstWebcam.com | Live Webcams from Firstwebcam.com
St. Catherine’s, Ontario is reporting a visibility of 1 1/2 miles so nothing really heavy.
