Binghamton syracuse are the sweet spot overall in ny state for coastal inland runners.
Until the low ends up over Jamestown. Then you rain too.

I’ll have a number 14 please…
Wouldn’t it be a slap in the face for all of us if it ends up being 12. Like Clark Griswold getting the Jelly of the Month Club for a bonus.

Yeah, I have several more inches than you do, as my area of Baldwinsville has had some of the better bands this season. My snowfall totals for Sunday night and Monday night are very comparable to the "Liverpool 4.5 N" reports the past two nights. That's pretty close to my latitude and what I have observed. (I am on top of the hill near Budweiser. Total of about 7 inches since Sunday, give or take a bit. (The Baldwinsville 3.5 N I'm assuming is north Radisson, comparable to your latitude.)
Sunday night: ...Onondaga County... Liverpool 4.5 N 2.4 in 0800 AM 01/10 43.17N/76.22W 1 NNE Bayberry 2.3 in 1019 PM 01/09 43.16N/76.21W Liverpool 6.1 NNW 1.9 in 0600 AM 01/10 43.19N/76.25W Brewerton 1.5 ESE 1.5 in 0800 AM 01/10 43.23N/76.11W Clay 4.6 NW 0.9 in 0550 AM 01/10 43.20N/76.26W Baldwinsville 3.5 NE 0.9 in 0800 AM 01/10 43.20N/76.29W Brewerton Lock 23 0.8 in 0700 AM 01/10 43.24N/76.20W
Monday night:
...Onondaga County... Liverpool 4.5 N 6.1 in 0800 AM 01/11 COCORAHS Brewerton Lock 23 5.3 in 0700 AM 01/11 COOP Clay 4.6 NW 5.2 in 0830 AM 01/11 COCORAHS Baldwinsville 3.5 NE 5.1 in 0800 AM 01/11 COCORAHS Camillus 1.0 W 4.6 in 0620 AM 01/11 COCORAHS Syracuse 2.7 S 1.5 in 0730 AM 01/11 COCORAHS Skaneateles 9.1 SE 0.9 in 0700 AM 01/11 COCORAHS
Last night’s snow put me at 30.4 inches for the season so I’m right in line with the rest of you. Brewerton Lock 23 is probably 5 miles west and north of me so it makes sense that they got a little more than me last night.

what markets are you investing in? We keep hitting record highs every few months. I've never had returns like this in my life!
Me too but not in the last week.

Final measurement for yesterday is 4.1 inches of snow and 0.19 liquid, just about 20:1.

Remember it’s still a week out. Even the superstorm of 1993 wasn’t well modeled until 3 or 4 days out.

We had -4 here, now a balmy-3. It doesn’t take the dog long to do her business when she goes out.

Beautiful band for 12 hours...and falls apart in 12 minutes.
Like I said once it loses it’s connection with the lake it’s toast.

Sorry, I can’t figure it out. Like you said we’re both using the same settings but your display is not showing all the returns. Do you get the same thing if you chose one of the other reflectivity settings?

That video fails to capture how blinding it really was. But that was the best I got.
I always found snowflakes coming at the windshield at night very disorientating. You definitely can’t use high beams in conditions like that

Just measured 4.0 inches in less than 2 hours. The band definitely produced better than I thought. Now let’s see what we can get out of the NW multi bands. BTW, the wind is definitely picking up here. Temperature is down to 14.

I've seen worse. I dont known that I'd call it SN+ yet...
Really, it might not be the 5 inches in 75 minutes that Carol saw but I’d call it SN+ here.

Matt and Max, you guys must be getting into it pretty good.

Still coming down pretty good even though the radar presentation has degraded.

Same here...a couple flakes. You were spot on with the 8pm idea for here.
And like I said, the band over this way has lost it’s yellows and dark greens on radar.

The snow just started here.

That’s why it doesn’t pay to get too excited too soon. There’s too much room for disappointment.
