  1. Full on heavy rain now. A bit surprised but column is losing as expected (down here). Up to 35. Props to wgal's radar today. Been spot on over here.
  2. Maybe me flipping back to rain let you into the party? Ha. We had a gust of wind up to 44.
  3. As the back of the first line approaches, cue Fogelberg. With the loss of intensity goes the loss of snow.
  4. Eyeballing about 1" on the grass and roofs. Roads just wet except a bit of slush. 32 degrees
  5. HGR spiked to 35 or 36 before the heavier rates pulled cold air down. Making for a nice scene in laying on no road areas. Close to Sn+.
  6. LNS is 37 or 38. Tip of the cap to the HRRR there.
  7. These heavier returns overcame the shallow warm layer. Some big ones falling. Getting roof coverage.
  8. This was never mine. Southwest waa is a loser here. It is back to light snow and 34.
  9. 33 and graupel/flakes mixed in for Chambersburg.
  10. Up to 34/29 here. Dps always higher here when atmosphere trying to moisten (elevation) 11am update. Some light rain falling. Would probably change to snow with heavier precip.
  11. The accum map actually regressed for SE Adams county (from 6Z). But to me it pretty much held serve.
  12. I do at Penn Mar Park (not hilltop) and nothing falling there Do not see anything at Liberty either.
  13. Decent returns overhead but nothing reaching the ground yet. 33/25.
  14. You were early on this, I remember your post (congrats)
  15. We start off as snow here but in that specific picture, it has changed to rain. It/thermals charges right up between Blue Ridge Summit and Whitetail. Speaking of skiing, Liberty and Whitetail going to try and open the 20th but I was told it "may" not happen as of now due to the warmth and rain next week. Roundtop is opening today.
  16. That depict, albeit just a forecast, is a great visual of how my area as well as much of Adams, York and Lancaster surrender like the French when there is any south westerly component and temps are marginal.
  17. Thank you for pointing out all angles. I do think, compared to 2-3 days ago, the LSV has improved in seeing the chance of snow falling. The high is a bit better positioned and Qpf is running ahead to catch the retreating cold air. Do not see much freezing rain threat IMO. Nws AFD is a bit poo poo in their reference to the LSV and accums.
  18. The drones are here. I saw them/something last week, a set of 2 that looked similar to a set of planes doing crop dusting. Now lots of reports in the LSV.
  19. LOL, I was sort of joking that I was in the advisory for what I think will be some west snow flakes rain. Of course the northern part of my county has totally different weather @~2500 feet above elevation.
  20. No one cares about us over here. If it did not happen in Harrisburg, it did not happen. CXY and LNS both made mid 30's which was a good number for today.
  21. The record high for 12/17 at MDT is 60. That number is in jeopardy at warmer locales around the area though MDT has been running low lately. MDT is actually down to 28 right now and THV is only down to 30.
