  1. It is not going to have overly cold pavement either. It is already in the upper 40's to mid 50's around the area with some near or above 60's coming possibly.
  2. Maybe the one or two members showing big snow on the Pivotal GEFS panel decided to abstain on WB?
  3. Sun is out and up to 51 here. Phillies going with Romano for High Cheese.
  4. Mario Bros "jokes" about to be authored in the dozens. Though this really is no joking matter.
  5. EC drops a Miller B 1-2" rainer on us next weekend. Wet snow NE PA. GFS something a bit similar but quite a bit warmer so no snow in PA.
  6. Imagine if "March Madness" gave #1 seeds only to teams that won their Conference Championship.
  7. Just hit .3". Temp down from 49 to 42 since rain started.
  8. 1280AM/97.2 in York/Hanover plays in every few hours right now.
  9. I figured except if anyone listens to Christmas music, they get an earful of it even today. .
  10. I played soccer in rain and snow. Would not want to do it now. But again my point was that it cost one team 3 players for the entirety of the year. An unfortunate side effect of playing in snow.
  11. No issues with that but playing on a snow covered field is tough for me to accept. Rain is rain but snow and people not being able to do basic things like stop is a bit much. Understand both sides.
  12. I had thought they mostly minimized that issue vs. the Astroturf/Astrodome days. Do not see many issues in Dallas (except the home teams skill level.)
  13. I am not of that opinion but no issues. I think it should be indoor and all about the skill and coaching/strategy. The Niners lost 3 players for the rest of the season because they played in snow 2 weekends ago.
  14. Hear lots of people talking about the souther boys needing to play in cold so the weather will be important. Best LR thoughts right now are not so cold but not a torch either. If it is near or above, I am not sure weather makes a difference if dry.
  15. Well said. I think that the offense PSU showed yesterday, albeit it some bad D-Line play by Oregon IMO, they can beat anyone. They will probably need to score quite a bit to counter Kevin Jennings. Before yesterday, SMU's only loss came in a game Jennings did not play well/start. But would be truly surprised/stunned if PSU loses game 1 at home. Neutral site would have been more worrisome.
  16. Thanks, just don't put me on that team, I am team put out a good forecast.
  17. I think Boise should be favored in that game. I would argue Boise should be #2 right now. Hopefully they do not fall flat on their fact and make that comment look foolish. They play up and down to their competition. I know you do not concur but I would not want to play them with rb going for the NCAA rushing record. All the NWS stations around the LSV got 55-60 today and that is nothing compared to Tue and Wed if the trends continue.
  18. Eb nooners at the ren faire in MT hope. 51 and a little breezy.
  19. Yea, send me donations and insult my ability's to make money. Insulting to me for needing it but I would prefer that.
  20. Fair point, just have issues putting PSU ahead of OSU. OSU's score against Oregon was also closer.
  21. I posted the WU so people would stop doubting my readings. It is super insulting when people do that (you did not, commenting why I post the maps.). At times this winter and fall have not been good to elevation around here. One of my Adams county spotters was in the upper 40's this AM.
  22. Yes, I was thinking 5-15 re: a mesh between the Gem and the others...which has happened several time's this year. EC and Icon are both into the teens for colder areas. It would take some of getting to -15 for MDT to get to 0.
