  1. Tomorrow looks brutal for end of April. I may get into May for my second mow.
  2. Not really big but something. The question is, do you see snowflakes tomorrow?
  3. I did not notice this comment from Biid until now. Not the best timing. Sounds a little like how he spoke to Ben Simmons. Embiid on Harden only taking 11 shots: "I've been saying all season since he got here, he needs to be aggressive and he needs to be himself. That's not really my job, that's probably on coach to talk to him and tell him to take more shots"
  4. @Voyager, look at that sweet heat for you on Monday
  5. And that is the new normal so extra AN from the previous figures. Taking 3 years as the last 36 months and counting this April as BN, it seems headed there. the numbers for MDT are: 36 Months 27 AN 8 BN 1 Normal
  6. Not only was he a starter, he was owned in close to 30% of Yahoo leagues if I remember correctly. (Korker)
  7. I will not lie, it interests me greatly if the Raptors win the next one but I still do not want to see you, Paweather, and Blizz disappointed a(and other Sizers fans...Superstorm et al)
  8. Yea, GFS with some warmer days in there now. MDT above Normal for April, FWIW so the coldinista's have taken it across the bow again.
  9. Not sure anyone is happy or sad, just weather talk. Also talking about .10 to .25 of rain. :-). There is a chance of snow in the LSV tomorrow so that is interesting. PS-doubt these "weak" freezes kill much off.
  10. Harden has never done much in the playoffs (at least Championship wise) To think he was once part of a team with Westbrook and Durant.
  11. Starting to dry out...HRRR looks good for a decent LSV rain today. Freeze and frost possible 4 mornings in a row from Thu to Sun
  12. Breaking news. Ben Simmons has announced that he is good to go for the next game.
  13. And thur night. 3 freezes could be coming for some.
  14. All this cold talk reminds me I was once in a tennis tournament, in Daytona, Fl, where it was 34 degrees and light sleet was falling. Had to wear gloves which basically changes the whole match for someone used to hitting without gloves.
  15. Yea, hitting in the cold is no fun either but for the most case, players can cover up pretty well in Baseball/softball. Some of these calls for soft should also be directed at the legalistic society we live in.
  16. Like I mentioned, track and field at 35? That is questionable. Kids going to run the 100 in a coat? Promote kids to dress down for temps in the mid 30's and a law suit is a risk. Temps in the 30's at 6PM during the last days of April is quite rare.
  17. I guess it depends on the sport. This is track and field so are the folks really going to run in full track suits if it is 35 degrees? Cannot have kids out there in tank tops at that temp. Sort of takes away from the event when you have to change your uniform to play. Football, baseball, the uniforms do not change just add some extremity coverage. Imagine doing the high jump in full winter gear. LOL. LL Bean offical hurdles outfit. LOL
  18. Only 52 here at 10:00AM. Heard rumor some schools may be cancelling some outdoor sports (ones that run late) Wed night due to the temps. Surprised about that.
  19. I am glad I was not there or I would have been stealing your snow rides. Damn Bubbler 86.
  20. It is also one of those things like school bus drivers and teachers/police. Some of the lowest paid jobs in our society yet performing some of the most important jobs. Why will someone take $13/hr to work at Hershey when Amazon is paying $5-$10 more per hour. So we get on rides that will instantly kill us and hope the $13/hr person is not checked out from their underpaid job.
