  1. It is pretty plain looking but all reviews say it is authentic vs the El Rodeo beans and cheese type meals.
  2. Sort of....Huevos Rancheros. LOL. It is at Baltimore and Middle. I actually looked at the menu for Starlight but not much there for us after breakfast.
  3. The snow there is progged to slip south of us over here but it has been running a bit farther north and east than progged. If quick enough maybe you see some flakes.
  4. PS: @mitchnick La Libertard in Hanover on the agenda today if I get over that way.
  5. One could argue that we are only 11 days past a good anafrontal snow. Different situation but a deepening low pressure changing the air direction is technically a front.
  6. Franklin and Perry have +6 Celius anomalies and on the line of -.5 anomalies all on the same panel.
  7. That would a shock to the spring fling. LOL. Not counting on that until I can see the whites of its eyes. Plowable in Philly.
  8. Yea, I doubt it is laying but was mentioning what precip type the radar was deriving. Here is latest scan. This AM was never going to be one for road issues.
  9. 31 and ice coated tree limbs and non-road surfaces so a bit of a surprise ice storm here. Radar shows snow in parts of York, Lanco, and Leb counties.
  10. Zack Fisch is the Ron Weber or Gene Hart of Central PA. Bears fans are lucky to have him.
  11. I do not partake but Floridians think they have the best. Sonny's BBQ is always busy. They make a mean sweet tea.
  12. That anafrontal snow is something to keep an eye on. We are 1-1 this year with it. Only made it to 42 here today.
  13. The biggest issue I have (with meat eaters) that visit is ordering Bar-B-Q sandwiches at traditional PA restaurants. They think they are getting a slab of beef in bread not sloppy joes.
  14. Nooners-cloudy and damp. 39. Earlier this week some models had today in the 60's. 12Z CMC has most of PA with accum snow as the front passes next Thursday (questionable of course). Before that, GFS and CMC Spring Fling next week with 2 maybe 3 days in the 60's (maybe even a 70) then another weekend well below normal cold shot not too dissimilar to what we have this weekend. The following week is mostly normal to slightly above normal highs until a warmup end week
  15. Several suites have been advertising some Monday AM antics for the LSV and MSV with scattered mixed precip and Temps near or below freezing around rush hour.
  16. Yes, not sure how many rooms but it is fairly large. Lodging is open all year as well. It is more of a 'compound' than Roundtop is.
  17. I love that Ski Liberty is open all year (mostly golf related) as the restaurant is hardly ever full.
  18. Shade snow is down to an inch or less but is now on day 11. Small victories. Had snow on the grass for about half of February so far.
  19. Nam has a heavier burst of snow for Lanco tomorrow AM. 3K further South in DE.
  20. I am the boat that the blinds are not shut. I just wanted to point out that a large part of the forum is still BN snow for this season or met winter, whichever you look at. That chart above along with the one below are why I could not grade the winter anything above C- at this point and if something like MU is calling for comes to fruition then my personal grade is going down to D-. By the time Feb ends, MDT will either have the 3rd, 4th or 5th hottest met winter in history of record keeping. Not sure they can catch #2. So average or below average snow and one of the hottest winters ever. If March comes back with a lot of snow, then I can reassess! Just my take.
  21. MDT will end almost exactly in the middle for the 2000's and Met winter. (This is Dec-Feb only)
