  1. You would think but past experiences suggest internet bullies back down when faced with blood and legal issues. The quiet ones are more worrisome! Ha.
  2. @Itstrainingtime the MA LR thread is red hot now. They heard your worries and responded.
  3. Along with the snow threat, the Wind Advisory only goes to 7AM Thursday but winds in much of PA are still fierce well into Thursday on the 18Z HRRR with sustained well into the 20's and gusts probably near 40. Gust Wind Chills would range from 5-10 degrees if near 40 MPH.
  4. Might need a Travelers Advisory Thursday AM for rush hour.
  5. It has actually reached 69 or higher more than 50% of days in Feb. What may be even more surprising is that more that 25% of Jan days have reached it as well. Today's record is from 1997 and the second warmest Feb day behind the one you speak of. Between the 2 months only 3 days have never reached 60.
  6. 15 to go for the record. Crazy high 78 top holder.
  7. Would just need that boundary to be displaced south a bit to be in play here.
  8. That area of snow which hit MJS in western PA clipped us as it went by to the south. I also had FRZ that morning with a glaze forming on the mailbox and trees. We did not have much sun here so that was probably a big reason for the temp difference. The high was only 38 here.
  9. I reported it here. Mulch and grass topper. Sat I think.
  10. LOL, they did not include Franklin either. Must be a misprint above. Those recent frosts and the 1/4" of snow the other day have the grass siting back and relaxing until April.
  11. 3K takes MDT from 57 at 5PM to 39 at 8PM Wed evening.
  12. The Spring Fling ends, for a few days, Wed Night. See streamers below. You may teens teens Fri AM.
  13. The groups most outspoken snow blower is in Perry County so think you are good.
  14. On the note of high temps/usual daytime highs, MDT is 4.3AN right now with 4 days to go. 3 of those will probably be AN and the 4th day is open to timing of front. A bit of a change though in the whys for AN. The highs leading the way (highs on the left.) Dec and Jan's AN departures were both led by the low temps as has become so common at MDT.
  15. I would say it is at least a 50% chance we see snow in the air Thursday...at least some in the LSV.
  16. @Itstrainingtime I lied, the NAM focuses on the LSV for Thursday.
  17. The waitress told me they have 145 different dishes/dinners on there. Impressive.
  18. GFS has mid 50's at 18Z so not far off. That is the warmest day of the run outside the next 3.
  19. You need to allow for 10 extra min Friday to peruse the menu. I thought I knew what I wanted 3-4 times but then the pages of food just kept coming.
  20. Don't see any snow maps coming but today-Wed are the warmest days in the run. A few days in the 50's but mostly 40's going forward.
