  1. For some places the high temp is the story vs. HI. One local station over here recorded 104 yesterday, DP was 60....HI 105, only one over the high. Whether they really got to 104, cannot say for sure but lots of 100's over here yesterday so they were in the arena.
  2. It has been back and forth but not 90's on Wednesday are not a guarantee right now.
  3. Mid to Upper 50's for colder locations this week...on the 18Z GFS. On the flip side. one spotter in Waynesboro is claiming 104 which is her highest temp over in 20+ years of recording.
  4. 18Z GFS has Pillow highs in the mid 70's on Wed and punts heat waves for the rest of the month.
  5. Sometimes we wonder about wunder. Plentiful hundreds over here though. Hottest day in a long, long time. Just got done 2 hours of super soaker grass watering....if you aim the hose right at an area it gets the goods. If Wed fails over here, the D 2's are going to be flying the next week.
  6. Rafael Devers owes the proud city of Boston one Fenway seat.
  7. Yea, I meant the official therms over there...MDT, THV, etc...area. Clouds, rain, etc. Much too dry to get cells going here. Maybe tomorrow. I had a nice rain July 4th and then just .2 since then. I know you are in even worse shape. Seems like Hanover is the place to be recently.
  8. 100 on the dot in downtown Waynesboro. 103 in Scotland. Waynesboro temp is verified, Scotland is Wunder. Are we the new HIA? LOL. The DP is in the 60's so that is one reason....we do not have the benefit of the rain you guys are seeing in that area. 95 at Rou making this the second hottest day of the year. HGR is 98 I think also making it the second hottest day of the year. Even if 97 still tied for second.
  9. 99 now in downtown Waynesboro. 98 at the high school. Several 100/101 WUNDR readings in Northern Franklin. Today is going to be the hottest day in many years for lower elevations over here. HGR 97/98 for a high so far.
  10. 97 in Waynesboro, 92 in Rou. Still think today will be the hottest day for some especially Westers.
  11. I thought you said models were out for now :-). No unfortunately the MCD signature is gone or close to it. Just scattered convection. Going to be a grass watering period for me starting tonight. Just .2" in the last 10-11 days. I know otsher have it worse, but this is not good enough regardless.
  12. The GFS came off its "High" horse but now the EC took its place for Tue (though has 80's at MDT for 2PM tomorrow) with 101 at 18Z Tue.
  13. 67 for the low this AM. Lots of small cells of showers over here last evening but all managed to miss here.
  14. Looks like MDT bagged a 92, 93 or 94. HGR and LNS 90,91 or 92. ABE (for Voyager) 89, 90 or 91. My 88 not too far from them.
  15. High of 88 today, 86 now with the world's smallest thundershower pointed at me. Do I get .01 or more likely nothing.
